Every spring, we hold a HUGE Garage Sale as a fundraiser for our programs. This year, we are holding it INDOORS at the TRIWOOD ARENA at 2244 Chicoutimi Dr NW, Calgary, on Saturday, June 15th from 8AM - 3PM. Come early for best selection! Pay by Cash, Credit or Debit. And really, it's so HUGE that we have a GARAGE SALE MAP for you!
Want a SNEAK PREVIEW? Come and join our Garage Sale Volunteer Crew! Join a committee, help us sort/price, set-up, tear-down, or help sell on the day of the sale! Our Garage Sale Volunteers get a lot of perks too - from early viewing, complimentary snacks/lunch, early access to the sale, and being celebrated at our Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon each spring!
DONATIONS: Spring cleaning? Don't throw out those treasures - donate them! Donations are only collected on the 3 days prior to the Garage Sale. DONATION DATES: Wed, June 12th; Thurs, June 13th; and Fri, June 14th. WHERE: Triwood Arena parking lot - pleae back into the spot next to the sliding arena doors. Volunteers and staff will be on hand to empty your vehicle.
DONATION RESTRICTIONS:
- All donations must be CLEAN, have all working parts included and must be in good working condition.
- Donations Not Accepted: Large and heavy furniture or appliances, jars of any kind (except mason jars), narrow-wheeled golf carts, microwave ovens, cribs, baby seats, booster or car seats, NO STUFFED ANIMALS, luggage, pillows, skis, tires, electric typewriters, magazines, computer equipment, paints, chemicals, and (new for this year) NO CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS of any kind. Note that you will be asked to take them back if you try to slip them in!
