What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that applies targeted pressure to the feet, hands and ears. This technique is based on the principle that these areas contain reflex points corresponding to various organs and body systems. Reflexology aims to reduce stress, induce deep relaxation and support the body's natural efforts toward balance and improved wellness.

Perfume Roller:

Dry skin Blend: Lavender, Sandalwood, Geranium, Palmarosa, Jasmine - $20.00
Wrinkle Blend: Frankincense, Neroli, Rose - $20.00
Relax Blend: Neroli, Sweet Orange or Bergamot, Lavender - $20.00
Spritzers: Lavender, Bergamot or Grapefruit - $20.00
Massage Blend (30 ml): Eucalyptus, Holy Basil, Camphor, Lemongrass - $30.00
Cream ( Helps with Dementia - research shows): Lavender, Melissa, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Carrot Seed Oil - $40.00

Feet/Hand Massage (Reflexology) or (Hot Stone/Oil Blend) | Therapeutic Touch - $75.00 per hour

HOW TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis and are expected to fill quickly. The inaugural session for reflexology will be held on Friday, September 19th

12:50 PM - 1:50 PM
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Please call the office at 403-289-4780 and request that you would like a Reflexology appointment

HOW TO Pay

Payment is due at the time of service. Gina accepts cash or e-transfer

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to invoke a $5 cancellation fee for all cancelled appointments. Cancellation fee must be paid before your next appointment is booked.
