Tai Chi Chuan (or “Grand Ultimate Fist”) is an ancient Chinese Martial Art, well known for its
superior health benefits. Tai Chi forms, when performed in a slow and relaxed manner,
​like moving meditation, calms the mind and releases the mental and

physical tensions of our modern stressful lifestyle.

What does the instructor bring to the course? 

Sifu Peggy has been involved in Chinese martial arts for over 50 years

What equipment is required by the student to bring to class?

Some kind of ball and a pool noodle

What clothing is required?

Loose gym wear

What level of competency should the student be at to attend this course?

Beginners and continuing
