Alesha’s Drawing Level 2 – Expanding your Drawing BOUNDRIES
In this Drawing course you will strengthen many of the techniques you learned in level one. We will be exploring working on a larger scale, toned paper, gestural drawing, and a still life. We will focus on charcoal, graphite, conte, colored pastel sticks and/or pastel pencils for our mediums. During this class you will learn how to work larger, use toned paper & incorporate color.

Materials Needed
- Charcoal sticks 4B and 6B $2.95 each
- Graphite sticks 4B $2.95 each
- Charcoal Pencils Soft, Med and hard
- White charcoal pencil or sticks $2.95 -$4 each.
- Generals 4 pkg Conte (White, black, Sepia, Sanguine) Ruffly $7-8 pkg
- 2 colored 2 pastel pencils (your choice of color) $2.25 - $2.75 each
- Erasers: Kneaded and vinal Eraser
- HB or 2B graphite pencil
- Cartridge paper 24x18, 40 sheets $6.95
- 6 large sheet of grey toned paper (18x24) $4.25 sheet.
This we can cut down in class. OR a pad of grey toned paper 18x24 ($39)
*Optional to purchase paper by the sheet from the instructor, if you do not want to purchase whole pads of paper. This works out to be $15/per person for the duration of the course.
If you have taken my drawing level one, please bring to class all your materials from the level 1 drawing as we will use everything in our kits. If you have not, please see the drawing level one material list you may have many of the materials already.
