Alcohol Ink Supplies
Plastic tablecloth - this can get very messy, need to protect the table.
Plastic gloves - this is optional (it is very messy, will stain your fingers for a few days)
Roll of paper towel
Spray bottle - finer the mist the better
Eye dropper
Q tips / cotton pads
99% Isopropyl alcohol - usually behind the pharmacy counter
Yupo Paper - Waterproof Synthetic paper. I recommend buying the full sheets rather than a pad and cut it down. It's also much cheaper.
Pinata Alcohol Inks - these are nice and bright colours - see below for recommended colours. You will need at least 6 colours to start and more if you would like. you can buy these individually, usually around $8/bottle or in packs.
Copic Ink Refills - are also another great option for inks. They are a bit more in cost. If getting Copic ink, you want the darkest tone of the colour you want.
Colours recommended
Bright yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, green turquoise and dark grey.
Where to Purchase
You can buy most of the supplies at your local Art stores. I highly recommmend both of the stores below, each carries a great selection of alcohol inks and supplies. You may also have a few items around your house.
