This class is designed to increase your range of motion, build strength and balance for the entire body.
A portion of the class is done in chairs and a portion is done standing; however modifications can be provided if participants wish to remain seated for the entire class.
Suitable for participants of any age. Participants must possess a sense of humour as class is started with a joke

What equipment is required by the student to bring to class?
Sturdy footwear that covers the toes and heels. Water bottle is optional.
What equipment will the instructor provide the students?
Bands, balls and hand weights
What clothing is required?
Loose comfortable clothing
What level of competency should the student be at to attend this course?
Class is suited for those that use canes, walkers but participants have to get to the class
Is this course available for drop-ins?
