Course description:

Continuing on from Improver classes, we progress to more complex steps and patterns danced to a wide range of music styles.

Classes are progressive meaning that as the weeks go on after a new teach followed by review teaches dancers are expected to be able to dance that particular dance with minimal instruction.

No drop-ins.

Instructor: Susan Chalier brings 20+ years of line dancing having attended domestic and international line dance workshops where classes are taught by the world's best choreographers and instructors.

What to wear: comfortable smooth soled shoes. No flip flops or backless sandals. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.

What experience should a student have? You should have previous dance experience and have mastered a comprehensive range of step patterns and movements.  You should be able to memorize the steps of a dance but also be prepared to put in a bit of practice time on the dances, especially those that you don't know so well.

No partner required.

According to research one of the best means of avoiding Alzheimer's & Dementia is to dance. Other benefits are exercise, confidence and friendship.
