  • Course description:

    A gentle yoga practice meant to limber all joints and glands in the body. Working with the breath to discover strength, expansion and space within while cultivating a peaceful pleasant state of mind.

    With training in the Himalayan tradition of raja yoga, Mellisa is a Certified Yoga Therapist (RYT500) who is passionate about guiding others inward to discover their own capacity to heal, expand and grow into their purpose.

    What equipment is required by the student to bring to class?

    A yoga mat.

    What equipment will the instructor provide the students?

    There will be foam blocks and straps (props) provided as needed.

    What clothing is required?

    Comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

    What level of competency should the student be at to attend this course?

    Any and all abilities and bodies are welcome. Each class is taught to accommodate all abilities.

    Is this course available for drop-ins?

    Yes, if there is room after the registered students.

    Is there anything else you would like the students to know about your class?

    This class is a great way to keep the body and mind active, healthy and limber.
