An introduction to the basic ballet technique: slow explanations for the art of ballet. Good for strength, core, poise, isolation of movement, co-ordination and cardio.
Instructor, Joyce Reddy has been teaching for 60 years, started in United Kingdom as student teacher in a stage school at 15, specializing in beginner older students.

These ballet classes are based on R.A.D. examination syllabus which is modified for Adult/Senior dancers. This is not a fitness class but an adaptation of the art of ballet. We learn to correct posture, poise and technique. Helps with strength, balance, core, co-ordination and cardio as well as poise and control. Classes should be taken in order starting at the beginner level.
