    More than 10 years’ experience bringing joyful movement to people of all ages, especially 55+.

    None.

    What equipment will the instructor provide the students?
    Floor mats and chairs.

    What clothing is required?
    Comfortable, stretchy clothes that are easy to move in.

    What level of competency should the student be at to attend this course?
    No experience required.

    Yes.
