  • Course description:
    A gentle yoga practice meant to limber all joints and glands in the body. Working with the breath to discover strength, expansion and space within while cultivating a peaceful pleasant state of mind.
    Please bring a yoga mat to class. Remember to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Any and all abilities and bodies are welcome. Each class is taught to accommodate all abilities.
    Maximum 7 participants
    No drop-ins permitted.
