ABOUT

Our Housekeeping program provides light housekeeping to all income seniors. Our team provides meaningful work opportunities for people in the community. We assist seniors to live safely by providing adequate cleaning services to ensure that their homes are regularly cleaned and maintained.

CLEANING SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE

Cleaning supplies and equipment is provided by the client.   All cleaning equipment must be in working condition and up to our policy standards. See list below for items required:

• GENERAL: Minimum of 2 cleaning Rags
• GLASS/MIRRORS: Glass Cleaning Spray, Paper Towels
• FLOORS: Broom and a Dustpan, Mop and pail, Floor Cleaner or Soap
• BATHROOMS: Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Toilet Brush, All-Purpose Cleaner with Rag, Tub/Sink Cleanser
• COUNTERS: Cleaner (eg All-Purpose) with a Rag
• STOVE: Scrubby/Brush, Stove-top Cleaner, Oven Cleaner (if required: MUST be prepped and sprayed the day BEFORE cleaning)
• DUSTING: Swiffer Duster, Extenders and/or Rags, Furniture Polish

If proper cleaning supplies are not provided to the housekeeper, no further cleaning services will be provided until it all is provided as stated. Please make sure that your cleaning supplies are replenished and maintained on a regular basis.
