Reflexology: Relax, Rebalance, and Rejuvenate

How to Book Appointments
Reflexology appointments are offered on Fridays and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Appointment times: 11:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m., 12:50 p.m. to 1:50 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

How to Pay
Payment is due at the time of service. Gina accepts cash or e-transfer.

Cancellation
A $5 cancellation fee applies for all cancelled or missed appointments. This must be paid before your next booking.

Graceful Aesthetics: Facial Services for Mature Skin
Available to members and the public, these facial treatments are designed for the unique needs of mature skin, focusing on elasticity, hydration, and renewal. All services are performed by Grace Flores, a Certified Clinical Esthetician.
How to Book Appointments
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis on Wednesdays.
Appointment times:
- Current times: 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
- New schedule starting January 7: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Cancellation
A $5 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled or missed appointments. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required; otherwise, the full service fee may be charged.

The Hearing Clinic is by appointment only and is offered on Fridays at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m.
Please call the office at 403-289-4780 to book your appointment. There are two forms that you will need to fill out for your appointment to be scheduled.
Appointment Dates
May 23, June 13, October 31 and November 21.
Additional: You will need to fill out documentation in the office before we confirmed your appointment. We could email the documents to you or come into the office to fill out the required documents. Also we will need your Alberta Health
