Our Refund Policy

Membership Fees: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Summer memberships purchased for the fall session are available at half price.

Class Fees: Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Pro-rated fees may be offered in the last month of the session with permission from the Executive Director. Classes cancelled by the instructor or landlord will be added at the end of the session if possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Club Fees: Club fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Pro-rated fees may be offered with the Executive Director’s permission.

Exceptions:

Classes may only be cancelled by the Executive Director in extraordinary circumstances, such as medical reasons.
Cancelled classes will be refunded based on the number of classes remaining, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests must be made in-person to the Executive Director and are effective the day of request.

Drop-In Card: Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre Drop-In Class Card, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

General

Drop-In Class Cards expire one year after the purchase date.
Cards are valid only for Drop-In Classes as listed on yycseniors.com.
Cards are transferable within the same membership category. Members may use member or non-member cards; non-members may only use non-member cards.
Cards are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Cards must be presented for entry and validated by an authorized representative.
Confed 55+ reserves the right to revoke cards or privileges for non-compliance or inappropriate behaviour. Revoked cards are non-refundable.

Facility Access, Schedules, and Closures

Use of cards is subject to facility and instructor availability. Areas may be unavailable due to maintenance, special events, bookings, or program changes with little or no notice. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for these situations.
Cards do not include access to programs not listed as Drop-In Classes.
Card holders must follow Confed 55+ facility guidelines and rules.

Cancellations

Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and posted on yycseniors.com.
By using our facilities, participants assume all risks associated with activities and facility use. Confederation Park, its volunteers, agents, and employees are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or emergency medical services resulting from facility use.

Code of Conduct

Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre does not tolerate behaviour that undermines the dignity or self-esteem of others or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
