During the workshop, attendees will learn how to design and assemble a fresh floral centerpiece using seasonal flowers and greens. The palette will feature classic Valentine's Day hues: reds, pinks and whites, complemented by carefully selected artistic accents to enhance the Valentine's motif. Participants will gain foundational skills in floral arranging, including:
- How to structure and build a balanced centerpiece
- How to prepare, p lace and secure stems using floral design media
- Tips and techniques for working with fresh flowers and seasonal greenery
- Guidance on color harmony, texture and focal-point composition
- Proper care instructions to ensure their arrangements stay fresh longer
In addition to hands-on instruction, the workshop will include fun and insightful historical facts about the flowers and botanicals being used-exploring their cultural origins, symbolism and why they are traditionally associated with love and Valentine's Day.
All required materials will be fully provided, including:
- Fresh florals (red, pinks, whites and seasonal varieties)
- Fresh greenery
- Floral cutters and scissors
- Design media (foam or equivalent)

- Pails and all auxiliary tools needed for assembly
