Gentle Fitness
Join us for this 45 minute fitness class created for all experience levels, designed to build your strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up then transitions into a diverse series of exercise performed entirely from seated or standing positions, so there's absolutely no floor work required! (Unless you want an extra challenge ;)) Modifications are available for all exercises. You'll tackle a variety of movements including lunges, squats, core activation and aerobic intervals, all utilizing hand weights, resistance bands, or body weight. Class wrap up with a cool down full-body stretch.
All levels are welcome. Please bring your runners and a water bottle!
