Everyone has a story worth telling! Just Write is a welcoming and inspiring space for seniors to put their memories into words. Whether you want to share your adventures, lessons learned, or special moments with loved ones, this program will help you bring your stories to life in a fun and supportive way.

What Is This Program About?
We will guide you step by step to write about your life in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. No writing experience? No problem! This isn't about perfect grammar-it's about preserving memories, emotions and wisdom in a way that feels right for you.

How it works

• When & Where: Fridays September 19 - November 14 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Located at  Confederation Park 55+, In the Board Room
• How Long: 8 sessions, 3 hours long
• Group Size: 10 people Max
• What do you Get: Fun writing prompts, helpful worksheets and guidance to help you start and finish your stories
