Class focuses on exercises that increase strength, balance, agility and postural awareness thus reducing the risk of falls. Participants must be ambulatory.

What equipment is required by the student to bring to class?
Sturdy footwear that covers the toes and heels. Water bottle is optional.
What equipment will the instructor provide the students?
Bands, balls and hand weights
What clothing is required?
Loose comfortable clothing
What level of competency should the student be at to attend this course?
Class is suited for those that use canes, walkers but participants have to get to the class
