Manicure & Pedicure $35.00 (members) $40.00 (nonmembers)
Facial: a family of skin care treatment for the face which may include steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels and massage.
Manicure: a beauty treatment which uses special tools, creams, waxes and / or massage techniques to leave your nails and hands healthy and good looking.
Pedicure: a therapeutic treatment for your feet that removes dead skin, softens hard skin and shapes and treats your toenails.

Reflexology on Feet $20.00 for 30 minutes
Reflexology on Hands $20.00 for 30 minutes
Reflexology on Hands and Feet $35.00 for 30 minutes
Each session includes hot stones, aromatherapy (massage blend with Camphor, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Lemongrass infused in a Coconut Fractionated blend) and 2 minutes of Therapeutic Touch (movements of blocked energy out of the body).
Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet and hands to help you feel better.

Good Food Box
The Good Food Box (GFB) is a program under the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary where you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at a low cost. The boxes are put together and delivered by dedicated volunteers who along with The Community Kitchen desired to see individuals and families accessing affordable nutritious food
Small - $25.00 ranging between 20-25 lbs
Medium Box - $30.00 ranging between 30 -35 lbs
Large Box - $35.00 ranging between 40 -45 lbs
How to order your good food Box at Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre:
To order your good Food box you can either come into the office or phone call to put in your order. Once the order has been put through, we will contact you when the order has arrived.
The dates to put in our order differs depending on the schedule Community Kitchen provides us. All orders are put in on Tuesdays morning and the delivery arrives the next Thursday.
