Course Description

Qi Gong is the practise of aligning the body,breath and mind. With roots in Chinese medicine, Qi Gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi (chi) or what has been translated as “life energy”. It is a gentle set of exercises that can be practised either standing or sitting by anyone of any age. Practising Qi Gong for just 5 -10 mins a day can have great benefit for relieving pain, stress and overall wellbeing.
