Dance for Joy (Formerly Nia)

Course Description

Through movement we find health. Nia is dance-based, barefoot movement to music. (You can wear shoes, but bare feet are highly encouraged!) that connects mind, body and spirit. The brilliant blend of dance arts, martial arts and yoga, delivers cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning. Because Nia is self-guided and based on creating a loving relationship with the body, it is adaptable and safe for any fitness level, from stiff beginners to highly fit athletes. Nia is a great workout, but most importantly, Nia is fun!
