Dance Fit


Course Description

The best of all dance worlds – Dance Fit will improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, posture and mental capacity. Basic ballet barre leads to introductory jazz steps. A feel of energy and well-being is gained during these classes.
Freestyle and interpretive dance included.
No partner required.
